Pre-Approval Saves the Day

Spider-Man may be saving cities right now, but here’s a hero who is saving his client.

Russ reviewed his client’s credit report and found an incorrect late payment for a previous client who has had outstanding credit. This all happened early on, during the pre-approval period, so, as Russ writes, things should work out fine.

But what if this client had gone ahead and written a contract and deposited earnest money and even waited to let Russ know that he was buying a property, after the attorneys have reviewed everything?  Trouble?  Anxiety? Loss of earnest money?  Yes, yes and yes.

Actually, Russ’ client is also the hero.  He did the right thing.  Be a hero for yourself. (And you don’t even have to wear a silly costume.)
