The Athletes Must Be Prepared

There has been great talk of bringing the Olympics to Chicago.  The athletes always amaze me. They put extraordinary time and effort into their training, usually targeted for a short, fleeting moment–their event. Without the training and preparation, they would have very little chance to succeed.

Wouldn’t it be great if homebuyers, especially first-time buyers, put the same time into their pre-approval process before going to look for a property?  When people experience frustration and anxiety, it usually stems from not training properly. 

Pre-approval = training = success
