Good Bedside Manner

My wife had shoulder surgery on Tuesday.  Before the surgery, the doctor came in, explained the procedure, told us the possibilities, and then the rehab routine that she’d probably have to follow.

After the surgery, he came out to the waiting room and re-assured me that everything was fine and what he did.

A little later, when I was with my wife in the recovery room, he came back to see how she was doing and to wish us well.

He certainly cared.  We could just tell. And it helped us through the day.

There are loan officers who have great bedside manners.  And yes this is important.
